Dear Ben,

I am 33 years old, and have had dental problems my whole life. About 3 years ago, I had a dental experience with a previous dentist that endangered my health and left me with profound allergies. I was scared of continuing my dental work, so it was left untreated. By the time I got to Dr. Ben, I was a mess, in pain, infected, and temporaries had been in my mouth far too long, I felt so scared and had lost all hope that anyone could fix my problem.

Then, I met Dr. Ben and his amazing staff. I explained what had happened to me and how I have to now take allergy medications prior to any dental treatments to avoid a potentially bad reaction. I told him how much this frightened me, but in the first five minutes of speaking with Dr. Ben, all of my fears were gone. I knew this doctor was going to take care of me and that my health was a priority to him. He was going to make my mouth healthy again. In total, all of my dental work took eight visits, and I had such a positive experience every time. He made me feel safe and I never had any discomfort. Whenever I was scared going in, as soon as I got there and saw him and his assistant, Eddie, my heart was immediately at ease. I have never met a more caring doctor who truly does care about the well-being of his patients. His assistant was also very caring and attentive. I always left there feeling like family was taking care of me instead of a dental office.

Promenade Dentistry has given me the gift of health and a beautiful smile! Words alone can never fully express my appreciation and gratitude for Dr. Ben, Eddie and the entire staff. They truly are not like any other dentist office out there. They make you feel welcome, safe and comfortable. They have given me the gift of a happy, healthy life, without dental problems.

I had regretfully given up any hope of saving my teeth. I’ve battled through toothaches, tooth loss, swollen gums, nasty breath, and on and on. To me, I could never reverse the direction my teeth were going in.

My husband has had bleeding gums for a while. Because of my positive experience, he decided to see Dr. Ben, too. Your staff made him feel exactly as I do, comforted and in good hands. He had spent some time (and concern) no the computer researching his mysterious “coating” on his tongue. He was a bit nervous, but found it was known as a “geographic tongue”. For the first time in his life, after regular dentist visits, your staff was the first to recognize and acknowledge its rarity, but very normal existence. In the meantime, his gums were diagnosed and treated and have already improved.

My family in Nevada is so excited for me and encouraged that the world of dentistry is so advanced in comparison to “our novocaine shots” in upstate New York while growing up. When I shared with them all that I had done to my teeth, they were pleasantly shocked at how quickly Dr. Ben and staff had completed the work. I’ve shown my beautiful porcelain molars to more than one person!
My teeth remain crooked and worn, but they are mine! I truly thought I was headed to dentures. My husband and I do not have dental insurance and therefore have paid for each and every procedure in full. There are two things in life I have learned… you can’t buy love and you can’t buy good health… or can you! I’m proof of money well spent!

It’s hard to put into words what Dr. Javid has done for me. I can’t thank him enough.
